Dr. Orso graduate from University of Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1996. Right after that, she moved to the US and completed a 2 year fellowship at University of Pennsylvania Neurology's Department. She then relocated to Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN where she completed the ECFVG Certification program, obtaining her Veterinary License to practice in the US in 2001. In her quest for a bigger city, away from the cold weather and closer to home (Brazil), she ended up in Houston in 2009. Her experiences include private practice, working at a feline mobile Spay/Neuter clinic and shelter medicine. She is also certified in Canine Rehabilitation. While not at Panda's, Dr. Orso likes to spend time with her daughter Bri, her little rescue pups Molly (St. Bernard!) and Xuxa (Mastiff!), Lilly (a quarter horse) and her 1 eye turtle, Tata.

Andressa, Veterinary Assistant

Andressa has been with us since we opened our doors. She is currently a student at the University of Houston and will be majoring in Corporate Communications. She is an active animal lover.

Heather, Veterinary Assistant

Heather joined our team one year after we opened. She is currently going to school to become an Elementary School Teacher. She is a proud mother of three loving pitbulls.

Lorena, Veterinary Assistant

Lorena is the newest member to our team and joined us in 2015. She is in process of graduating from Pima Medical Institute as a Veterinary Technician. She owns two cats and one African Grey Parrot.

Georgina, The Clinic Cat!

Georgina has been living at the clinic since she was 4 weeks old. Everyone takes part in loving and cuddling with her when they get a spare chance and she loves it! Georgina enjoys hanging around the clinic and watching all her friends come and go.

Kate, the other clinic Cat!

Kate was brought to us by Pur Paws Rescue for an exam. She was so sweet and unique that we decided to keep her as Georgina's company. Quite often you will see her carrying some toys and prizes around. Oh yes, did we mention that she is missing an eye?
